Fitness Festival Phnom Penh, 2024

Jul 2023 — Feb 2024

An incredible event that saw over 2,000 participants come together for a high-energy celebration of sports and wellness. The festival was backed by six major sponsors — Oriental Bank, Mastercard, Factory Phnom Penh, Decathlon, Forte Insurance and Bridge Bank — as well as the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia. I had the privilege of leading a core team of seven to bring this vision to life, with 34 dedicated volunteers joining us on the day.

The festival included over 40 vendors and 62 activities, from horse riding and a climbing wall to fencing, tennis, martial arts, basketball and weightlifting. Beyond the day itself we used our funding to work with local schools, helping students embrace sport and fitness as part of their daily lives, and to understand the long-term impact of healthy habits for their physical and mental wellbeing.

None of this would have been possible without the brilliant, passionate team I worked alongside — I'm endlessly grateful to them.
